We are pet friendly. Furry friends must be well socialised as there are other dogs on the property.

We take a one night booking on a weekday, but we do not take bookings for one night on a weekend.

There is a minimum stay of 3 nights over a long weekend, 4 nights over Easter, 5 nights over Christmas and 3 nights over New Year.

Check in from 2pm. Check out by 10am. If there are no pre or post bookings, arrival is from 12 noon and departure anytime during the day.

A 50% deposit will secure your booking. Full payment is due before arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

28 days or more before arrival - full deposit returned

15-28 days before arrival - 75% of the deposit retained

0-14 days before arrival or no show - full deposit retained

Due to the quiet nature of our surroundings, we cannot allow loud music being played, nor any quad bikes on the farm.

We do not allow open fires outside during the winter months. We are in a forested area.

If you have toddlers, you will need to supervise the children on the stairs and balustrades, for their own safety.
